Canceled After One Year

After one full year of service (~$1,500), multiple calls for increased services, additional work on my part to manage the tracking and services provided to try to reduce the brown recluse population I am canceling Terminix and moving to a competitor. I also asked our technician if he thought additional spraying between services was really going to help. They repeatedly said not likely and that brown recluse are just really hard to get rid of.


I'm not sure I understand why they sell a brown recluse pest control service if they are unable to manage the problem. I have signed with competitor OPC who I have been informed has had more success with Brown Recluse spiders.


Additionally, all tracking of activity was done by me - I put dates on the sticky traps, placed the sticky traps and tracked the spider activity myself. OPC does this service for you to ensure their productivity is happening.
